Room 3 is undoubtedly a family favorite: 32 sqm, located in the Main House and arranged on two levels. The ground floor features a living area with a sofa bed for two people, a small table, a 26″ LCD TV with satellite receiver, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The raised level includes two beds with anatomical, comfortable mattresses made from natural materials, bedside tables, two wardrobes, and an armchair.

The room offers a lovely view of the stream and the bell tower—but don’t worry: the windows are well insulated, and for some time now, the bells ring only during the day so as not to disturb the sleep of guests or residents. A safe is also available.

The bathroom features a shower with a tempered glass enclosure, electric towel warmer, hairdryer, console with marble countertop and mirror, toilet, and bidet. Air conditioning and warm air heating are present and can be adjusted individually by the guest.
